Proximity Panels strives to be able to offer the biggest supply in qualitative local online access panels that can reflect the different populations by maintaining state-of-the art sampling methods. Each member reassures that top quality standards will be guaranteed and is crucial for being a member & that one of the basic DNA elements of Proximity Panels is quality. Being a member of Proximity Panels means that the member is chosen as the official preferred supplier for samples in the region that the panel covers. The acceptance of the membership will be based on official pricing and quality standards that the network maintains and that were agreed on by all the members and benchmarks all partner with. Being a member means that the member is in line with the technical requirements concerning business scope, quality & pricing in order to reassure the quality & pricing label of Proximity Panels.
The Proximity Panels’ Business Model focuses on transparency & honesty: clear-cut competitive pricing levels. Next to that the business model is based on an honest division of the turnover in relation to ones contribution.
Preferred parties of Proximity Panels are panels, not companies. This implicates that although one regional panel of a company might have been approved by Proximity Panels’ standards this doesn’t implicate that every panel is allowed automatically. Each and every regional panel has to pass the Proximity Panels standards. As a consequence, a sampling provider that runs multiple panels might have some panels that are accepted and some that aren’t accepted. The exclusivity rule only goes for Proximity Panels’ approved panels.
Proximity Panels is objective & neutral. Selection of all PP members is based on objective quality & pricing criteria.No member can rely on membership only to claim quality. Next to that, each PP member has the right to sell or buy samples to/from other international projects from third parties. One only can claim to act as a preferred supplier for Proximity Panels if one indeed fully complies with the Proximity Panels’ standards. Proximity Panels wants to make sure that its members WANT to work together. This only can be established if and just if its members are in line with the expectations. Members will be able to stay members as long as they fit with the criteria.

A national/regional research panel is defined as: a locally managed panel in one country or 1 region only which makes all local players complementary to one another.
