In previous days, many international buyers of online samples had to contact all Proximity Panels’ member individually –which often resulted in a lot of overhead costs when in search for sampling providers and to get price requests from all partners. Now Proximity Panels takes care of this for you at the speed of light and at the best conditions possible, thanks to the centralized pricing back-office to which all members have permanent access.

Next to all the countries that are tackled directly via Proximity Panels, Proximity Panels also set-up major alliances with many other vendors of online access panels that are not Proximity Panels members. Since Proximity Panels units many players already, it had the opportunity to negotiate strong favorable contracts with other local online access panel providers.

So, in case you have a concrete international data-collection project:

Step 1: send us the briefing at rfq@proximitypanels.com

Step 2: you will be helped out in no time with a clear-cut cost quote or by the central agency of PP or by the local account manager that you appointed in order to get some additional info about the project to be able to prepare the proposal.

Step 3: all project specifications are stored in de Proximity Panels’ RFQ engine. The account manager checks feasibility in all countries for which you requested samples.

Step 4: you get one integrated quote within +/- 4 hours

Step 5: approval project, planning & project confirmation with client (milestones, deadlines, …)

Step 6: scripting of the questionnaires & translation (optional)

Step 7: final control check & approval client launch field

Step 8: mass sampling & further project management, including quality management en intermediary updates from the PP-account manager to the clients about status (LOI, response rates, evaluation questionnaire by respondents, etc.)

Step 9: deliverables

Step 10: Although many PP partners might service you for a specific project, as a client, you only get one invoice.
